I have over 10 years of experience and success helping clients through strength training and providing in-door rowing classes (in-person & online).
As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and UCanRow2 Certified In-door Rowing Instructor, I will assess your body type/composition and fitness level and create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals. Your mindset, fitness nutrition and overall wellness are important components to successfully reaching your goals.
I will suggest the best equipment to use, even for home workouts.
