As a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and UCanRow2 Certified In-door Rowing Instructor, I will assess your body type/composition and fitness level and create a fitness plan that will help you reach your goals.  Your mindset, fitness nutrition and overall wellness are important components to successfully reaching your goals.  

I will suggest the best equipment to use, even for home workouts.
